Has your product developed some sort of an issue? Does it need repairs? Whether you feel the problem is due to a manufacturing defect, a product shortcoming, or just had an accident that you are hoping your warranty will cover, we're here to help you. Follow the prompts below to complete a claim for whatever issue you are having.
Guidelines for sending a product back for repair:
-Clean your product well prior to returning it! If we receive a product that has not been cleaned, or cleaned improperly, a cleaning fee will be applied to the repair.
-Package your product in a clean plastic ziplock bag. If the product is leaking, wrap paper towels around the product and then place inside a plastic ziplock bag.
-Send your product using a service such as USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. DO NOT use USPS Economy (First Class) service.
