COVID-19: HOW WE ARE RESPONDING.

WE'RE BACK UP AND RUNNING IN NEARLY FULL CAPACITY!

Many of our customers have been asking if we are still doing business during these uncertain times, and we wanted to let all of you know how we are handling the situation.

Our area has been cleared and we are no longer restricted to working from home. All of our employees have been returning to our workshop over the last week and will be in full production by Monday, June 8.

WILL ALL PRODUCTS NOW BE AVAILABLE?

All of our products will be available for purchase. We will be lifting the limit on Basic Packer sales and they should all be available to purchase by the first week of September as we work hard to refill stock. Cleansing Spray will also be available shortly.

CUSTOMER SERVICE / ORDER UPDATES:

As we are back in the office, customer service will now be available during normal work hours. Our phones are working again. If you have trouble getting through, please be patient...we will most likely be bogged down for some time as we catch up!

SHIPPING SERVICE ISSUES:

Shipping services, such as USPS and UPS are still experiencing delays. Please understand we have ABSOLUTELY NO CONTROL OVER THIS. Standard Priority Mail, which usually delivers within 2-3 days, is now taking 3-6 days, sometimes longer deppending on the location. We recommend UPSif you need your product sooner, as they have been working hard to deliver within the estimated timeframe.

PACK N PLAYS WITH FLEX ROD:

Our Flex Rod supplier has been out of stock for some time, and we have used up our backstock, leaving us with no flex rods to fill those orders. Some products may be late, however, rest assured, the supplier recently contacted us and said they are back in production and should be available to deliver our stock shortly!
