What you need to know.

We have the utmost confidence in our products, but we know circumstances arise.

If you need to return or exchange something, we do have a process for that. We ask that you follow it. Do not ship a product back to us before getting approval.

Product Returns


• Do you accept returns on products?
No. Due to the nature of the products, ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS will be accepted for these products. Once an item has been opened, it will be deemed UNSANITARY. For the safety of our customers, any opened/used items can not be resold.

•What if the item was not opened?
If an item is still sealed in the plastic packaging, we may allow an exchange of the item if the item is incorrect in some way. For example, if we created your product in the incorrect skin or hair color, added the wrong fill, etc. You can not return the item simply because you decided you no longer want it, no longer need it, or you chose an incorrect option at the time of purchase.

For any approved returns, a 15% processing and administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers non-recoverable costs including payment processing charges and production preparation.

Cancellations


•Can I cancel my order?

Yes. However, because all Reelmagik products are custom manufactured and made to order, each purchase immediately incurs payment processing fees, administrative labor, and production scheduling costs.

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a 15% processing and administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers non-recoverable costs including payment processing charges and production preparation.

Orders that have already entered production are not eligible for cancellation.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
