USING THE PRODUCTS IN A MANNER NOT SPECIFIED OR NOT AS DIRECTED WILL VOID ANY LIABILITY OR WARRANTY, AND THE BUYER ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY OR BODILY HARM THAT MAY OCCUR FROM SUCH MISUSE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH (A) THE MANUFACTURE, SALE, DELIVERY OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT DESCRIBED ON THE SITE; OR ((B) THE ACCESSING, USE, BROWSING AND/OR DOWNLOADING OF THE SITE OR ANY MATERIALS FROM THE SITE. THE COMPANY'S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NEVER EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT WHICH GIVES RISE TO THE CLAIM.

THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THE MATERIALS, INFORMATION AND CONTENT OF THE SITE TO BE ACCURATE, CURRENT, OR COMPLETE. ANY MISSTATEMENTS, ERRORS OR OMISSIONS MADE BY THE COMPANY IN THE ADVERTISING OF THE PRODUCTS SHALL NOT CREATE ANY LIABILITY FOR THE COMPANY.

Warranty Information and Restrictions

Product damage caused by use in a manner otherwise indicated on the site will not be covered under the standard 90 day warranty. The company (REELMAGIK, LLC) will determine legitimacy of claim, and resereves the right to refuse repairs if damage is suspect to incorrect use or excessing abuse. There may be a very small number of individuals that have difficulty with adhesion, typically due to oily skin type. For best results, this type of skin may need additional prepping and cleaning before adhering. Adhesive not guaranteed to work with every individual. Adhesive issues will not be considered grounds for return or refund of the product. Skin tone or hair color innacuracy will also not beconsidered grounds for return, exchange or refund of any products. We reserve the right to refuse return of any products that have been worn or used in any manner. Any products that have been used or worn are no longer covered under under standard return policy, and are deemed no longer suited for resale. We reserve the right to determine if products have been used by our internal staff.
